Nice. That's a lot of walking.

I've been walking lately because I've been too lazy to jog.
I've been going for 6 miles but by the end my feet are pretty raw. I couldn't do more without my foot turning into 1 big blister. Guess I need to try new shoes.

Either way, you must be burning 1,600+ calories. I don't know how often you're walking, but you could virtually eat what ever you wanted and still lose weight.

Walked 11+ miles today.

259 pounds as of 7/15/18.

I completed doing 100 squats per day, for 5 days and 5 days rest, 10 of these groups and will now do a 3 week break from the squats.
