^ Seems pretty obvious to me that North Korea does whatever China tells them to. Trump told China he needed a win and he got one. The situation with tariffs and talk of a trade-war were all part of Trump's plan to show China he means business. Everything Trump says/does is part of a negotiation tactic. The ends justify the means in Trump's master game of 4D diplomatic/political chess and he's #Winning!
None of that answers the questions:
What happens if he resumes test launches?
What happens to the missiles he already has?
What happens to his stockpile of warheads?
What happens to his reactors?
What happens to his test sites?
Who inspects the sites?
Who verifies his compliance?
And none of your deflection alters the fact that the Iran deal your boy scrapped in a fit jealous insecurity addressed each of these issues.
