They'll come as a result of the raid on Michael Cohen's office, which wasn't ordered by Mueller's office: It was ordered by the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Geoffrey Berman (the Republican Trump Handpicked to replace Preet Bharara), after being approved by Rod Rosenstein (the Republican Trump Handpicked to be Deputy Attorney General).
