No one is advertising prostitution here. That law is like the Patriot Act, if they want you, they will use it to get you, but they aint going to scour the internets looking for reasons to seize sites.

Biggest impact of the law will be no pre-election day stings, so local incumbents can grandstand and say they are doing something about quality of life crimes. I guess they can put pressure on rub & tugs, but that is about it. Nice of them to do this during the spring, so whores won't freeze while they out on the streets, werkin the track.
