That definitely has the looks of "Steroid clit". Not sure why she would take them unless she weight lifts seriously and was looking to make gains. (does anyone know? ) her body doesn't have the look of a woman on steroids but clits dont enlarge like that on their own, it generally is from the testosterone of a steroid. If she is into weight lifting , that would explain it. A woman can make a lot of strength gains from even small amounts.
