What would you call it? CNN didn't give a rat's ass about what this guy posted on the internet before that memo ridiculing CNN came out. This is CNN saying you post something making fun of us on the internet and we will come after you and make your life hell. This message isn't just for this guy but for anyone who posts something that damages CNN's delicate constitution. This is thoughtcrime. The only difference is the punishment is being doled out by the media instead of the state.

How would like to open up your email and find a message from Fox News saying we've read some of your posts on XPT criticizing us and have discovered your real name and all the personal information that goes with it. We will go public with your name and what you have posted on an internet porn forum unless you fess up and agree to post this apology we have written for you and claim it as your own thoughts? On yeah, and we will be watching you. If you post anything we don't like again we'll go ahead and make your personal information public anyway. That is exactly what CNN did.
