I know you can't fire the head of the FBI unless he's done something wrong. You certainly can't fire him because he won't stop investigating. That's what the I in FBI is for.


I wonder why so many liberals know so much that isn't actually true. They just KNOW it in their hearts, and that makes it gospel to them. There is no limitation on the President's right to remove the Director of the FBI, and certainly no misconduct element required. All that is necessary is the President's loss of confidence in said official.
