Actually most of the guys blamed themselves the way i remember, but no matter who is to blame I agree with you Claude, biggest part of the job. Porn producers and established male talent constantly talk about guys failing and thats why they use the same core group of guys.

I still wonder though, if some good male performers might have been edited out, or not given a chance from their good auditions. Guys failing makes for better tv and upholds their position that its so difficult to be male talent.
