I love a clever turn of phrase. I was reading a car review that mentioned an older model that used to push in the turns and it's handling was described in this way: "it leaned toward the outside like a whore in a packed church."

I heard one during last weeks race I'd never heard. It was one of the less experienced announcers. He said "well you know that ____ is harder to pass than a kidney stone".
