As jilted pointed out in his comments, the industry is NOT the same industry that it was when AIM established testing protocols some 20 years ago, indeed we now test for more and we test more often but testing is not a preventative measure any more than a pregnancy test is a preventative birth control measure. Its way past time that as an industry we got toether some real professionals to come up with a real plan….and I dont mean a bunch of flunkies banging each other at BDSM clubs and pretending they have the performers best interests in mind.
I find it so cute that Mike South likes to pretend he is in the porn industry. Aside from the fact the I don't think every clown w/ a camcorder and access to Backpage is part of the porn industry, he follows now of the protocol that are industry standard. He admitted to shooting w/o a test in the previous 30days and the only tests he requires for shoots are oral swab HIV tests.
So think about that a minute. Mike South deems it safe to shoot w/ a $25? Walgreens test, but wouldn't even drop the $25 to test himself.
Oh, and the guy was complaining about Rick Madrid's trolling comments on his site, but everyone of them had to be approved by South, since he moderates the comment section.
