I don't have kids, but my friend with a young son said schools have started to give partial credit for wrong answers on tests now? Like if the questions ask for the answer to 7x7, and the kid writes down 45, he gets partial credit for coming close.

I guess it's to reward the kid for trying and almost getting it right. That's some seriously fucked up shit. Like how everybody gets a ribbon for participating in sports, even if they come in last place in a race or something.
