What I used to do is when I saw someone I follow tweet @ a celeb, I would reply to the tweet w/o taking away the celebs @, so they would get the alert. Beff Stern blocked me and it made me so happy that she read my tweet and got angry enough to do it.

That is how I chalk up Twitter Trolling win. It aint followers and retweets, it is how many people have you blocked.

Now if you wanna find randoms to fuck with, go with celeb/pornwhore Instagrams.
