just finished watching true romance for the first time. watta a piece of shit waste of time. maybe it doesn't hold up and that's fair but can someone explain why both costner and costner light(slater) have the elvis obsession?. it comes off the same as that one corey(feldman?) with the mike jackson bit. that is...gross and unnecessary.
plus nic cage took the elvis thing way beyond what the other two ever did and that's another complicated turn down the rabbit hole of suck. the only thing that saves the triumvirate of suck that is costner slater and cage is that travolta never tried an elvis persona. the fourth beatle of no talent would've surely sunk the ship on that legacy.
