not taking a side because i think the respective states should be able to use the incarcerated as slave labor and relieve the tax burden. privatized prisons serve no purpose other than boosting some equation on the stock market and/or benefiting senator so and so in their next run for office.

at the same time there's a ton of people serving ridiculous sentences for drug crimes. see the real rick ross for a fucken mind bomb. either vice or rogan..they're both good.
