FYI, the scene where Yukon Cornelius settled down and lived happily ever after was cut in order to insert a scene of Santa picking up the inhabitants of the island of misfit toys due to complaints from viewers after the first year it was shown (1964). Also, all of the misfit toys had visible defects that made them misfits except one. That one was a small girl (doll) without underwear whose "damage" was psychological after having been abused according to the producer, Arthur Rankin, Jr.
