Take a look at Samsung's website. They started making a couple different size phones. I think the Mega is between the S4 and the Note. They are also making one with a telescoping lens that pumps up the camera quality but is a little smaller than the S3. I don't know if it is thicker/bulkier though. I only read about it in the business section of the NY Daily News. Business page really.

I actually like Samsung's current idea for new products. "We have the technology, infrastructure and the components, so we'll throw shit on the wall and see what sticks."

P.S. I still kinda wish I went with a new BlackBerry and a 7" tablet.
