The symptoms you are experiencing is your body reacting to the dead virus in the vaccine. That's what is supposed to happen. It won't last because the virus is dead and can't reproduce. Your body is building its defense using the dead virus as the template. When the living flu virus infects you it will be able to fight back almost instantly, not allowing it to take hold.
