When you choose to dine with us, you trust our staff to be knowledgeable about our menu and other aspects of our business. It's very obvious from your email that we disappointed you, and we apologize our team member was unable to accurately assist you with questions about our menu. The General Manager, and the management team at our New York City location will be re-educating our team members so they can answer any questions you may have on future visits.

As a gesture of goodwill and our desire to continue serving you, we will be sending you a complimentary gift card to apply toward a future visit. Your gift card will arrive via postal mail by October 9, 2013, and we are confident we can restore your faith in Olive Garden.
