If the WBC really wanted to rake in the dough they could hire themselves out as positive p.r. for biker gangs. Nothing makes a rolling meth and speed distribution organization look more valiant and all American than these attention whores.
Say what you will about motorcycle enthusiasts, but they've always been patriots. In the 60s they beat up hippie anti-war protestors.
IIRC, many motorcycle groups/gangs originated from WWII flyer groups looking to find the same rush and independence they found when flying missions. Thus the leather jackets and googles.
Even the name Hell's Angels was originally a movie about WWI flyer, adopted by WWII fighters to their group to emulate the guys in the movie, and then adopted by the motorcycle guys to emulate the WWII flyers.
