If you want to post a pic...
1. Save the .jpg to your desktop.
2. Resize, if necessary, so it is not too big (1024 x 768 should be fine)
3. Edit your post and click on File Manager.
4. Upload the pic by using "Choose File" and selecting your pic from your desktop.
5. After it's uploaded, return to the post and click on the pic reference.
6. Copy the url in your browser.
7. Return to the post and past the url. Put [img] before the url and [/img] after it. Your pic should then appear in your post.
