What's the legal status for something like that? A lot of girls have stuff on their "don't" lists like facials, creampies, anal insertions that can accidentally happen on set. Will they just get a bad rep and not be able to hire anyone after that?

If it was feasible legally and practically it seems like somehow tricking established pornstars into doing stuff they are known for not wanting to do would be a niche to exploit. Example: use reality porn scenario and blindfolds or gloryholes to get a lesbian only pornstar to touch dick, a racist pornstar to unknowingly play with a black one, accidental anal insertion or creampie during intercourse, accidental facial during a blowjob etc

When a long-time anal dodger willingly gives it up it gets put on the cover of an elegant angel DVD, the demand to see established performers doing acts they've noticeably avoided has to be there.
