I've been in one of them, and that was Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa. Immaculate Kitchen, if you call their process a kitchen. Nothing gets to the kitchen without several preliminary stages. I'm sure it gets down and dirty at times but I can assure you it does not stay that way for long.

Food trucks are new down here...verdict is still out.
