Somewhat off topic, but it came up in conversation recently: This is about what I'd expect Ceara's ballooned into. Anyway, ain't no amount of toning going to fix that without some plastic surgeon getting rid of the excess skin, and that inflates the price beyond reason.

Edited to add: And what's with that... ummm... blotch on her right side, between the fat folds? Is that a tat or some South American attempt at hiding an appendectomy scar?
