Steez.. I hope the salmon tasted better than it looked.
Hmmm...I thought it still looked kind of OK, but maybe my perspective is skewed a bit. It would've looked a whole lot better if the meat hadn't stuck to the grill when I was searing it. All of the dark, seared grill marks got ripped away from the meat, even though I seared it on a super hot, well-cleaned, well-oiled grill. Oh well. And it did taste quite awesome.
