Lou, didn't you say that you had quit drinking? Not that I care but I seem to remember that.

My mother called me and announced that I was going to have dinner tomorrow with some Swedish family friends who I haven't seen since I was about 3 or 4. This should be interesting because Peter was the first person I ever met who smoked a pipe and it smelled good (I have a pipe collection now) and he also gave me a sip of brandy which I thought was the most repulsive thing ever. That's especially interesting as when I became a bad alcoholic I would drink a bottle of brandy every day.

I will have to ask him about that.
