The new silicone looks and feels more real. But the drawbacks are that it's recommended you get MRI's every few years. My insurance covers MRI's, but what if there comes a day where it doesn't? An MRI is usually $3K! Yep, hidden costs. Also, though the new silicone is less likely to rupture, you are also less likely to feel the rupture. This silicone vs saline is something I mulled over for months. I have plenty of friends with saline who have natural looking results. Personally, I don't mind them looking a tad fake or feeling the bag inside if grabbed super hard. Actually, it turns me on. What I do NOT want are implants that look like Tupperware molds, and that's pretty easy to avoid by going under the muscle, not filling the bag all the way, and not going too big when you don't have enough skin too accommodate.
