Shoot porn on a RED ONE digital camera and capture it at the cinematic standard of 24Hz, then process it correctly and play it back on 120Hz or whatever the flatty supports. Be pleasantly surprised by the results on a Blu-Ray Disc. It can work. Hollywood knows.
