I doubt anyone pays $10,000 for a whore, escort, whatever. The guy sounds like an ADT fanboi that watches too much tv. Hell, wasn't Spitzer paying that whore like $1500 a session? Only the "high class escorts" on like CSI: Detroit get $10,000 a session. The $10,000 whore is little more than a myth. Bigfoot, kinda.
For playmates, $10,000 can easily be paid. Check the story of Mark Yagalla who spent all his investors money ($40+ million) on Playmates around the late 90's and early 00's.
About Julia Ann though, based on who she works for, my guess would be around $2000.
But with Lisa Ann and her likely giant ego she would probably need $10,000 to be persuaded.
