I wonder if Lifeson's kids have seen the little interlude where he's telling his folks, in an oh so sullen teenage way, that he's going to be a rock star and doesn't need any other skills. True in his case, but I'd still bet he cringes when he sees it. Thank God no one was filming when I had that talk with my parents at 16 or 17.

@Goddard. Compared to 99% of what has passed for mainstream pop/ rock lyrics, Rush is way ahead of the game as far as intellectual writing goes. I understand they may not be your cup of tea, but musically and lyrically, few acts are more creative.

As an aside, I've been telling the SO recently that unless our 5 years old sees Slayer live by the time he's 7, he'll go Goth by 10. She's not buying it.
