I hated the old vaseline lense filter photography they used back in the 70s and 80s in alot of porn mags to try and soften the models hard edges along with make up, Penthouse was especially guilty of overusing it. You would see a similar filter used in soap operas back in the day for dream sequences or love scenes on TV.
