Thanks... I'm sad to see this thread neglected! Anyhow, here's my LUNCH. Home made cajun chicken salad w/ snap peas, red bell pepper, onion, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, green beans, fresh garlic with lemonaise cayenne, paprika, pepper, ground bay leaf and thyme and allspice.
