I didn't think Grace Jones, either. Not even close. I actually didn't think anybody, because close cropped hair is fairly common on women. Maybe not common, but not as rare as it was in '79 or whenever Grace Jones was last relevent. And this girl isn't bald, she just has it bleached and cropped real close. For her, it works in a weird kind of way.

Is the girl in question African American? I'm honestly not sure. Are there any eugenists (jondra?) here? Coke? Trite? Maybe you two could have a battle to the death over her ethinicity. Everyone wins!!
