I fully agree!! When I used to bartend in nightclubs and manage them, more than once I either fired or warned employees for doing that shit.

Dont waste my fucking time and alcohol youre spilling to impress a couple girls to make a good tip. You are here to work for the establishment.

Make your tips by giving good service to all the people there to spend money and have a good time, not just the ones you think you can hustle by some half assed flair tricks. Go work at a flair bar if thats what you want to do.
