Questions for the lawyers and fake lawyers out there:

1. Are AdultFYI and/or Ross named as co-defendants?
2. Didn't they publish a scandalous story to the world at large (presumably) without taking any steps to prove it was true through other sources?
3. What level of immunity do the 'press' have with defamation?
4. If they have any immunity at all, why wouldn't they set up an impecunious straw man as the source for all stories that might give rise to a claim in defamation?
