Just remind her that when you sell a photo to a client it is not cool for the client to later see that paid-for photo on T-shirts at a porn convention. She could put you in embarrassing situation if you didn't know what was going on.
I see your point but nobody owns the rights to that photo except for me. I own everything that I shoot (exceptions being whatever I shoot for Adam & Eve or Digital Playground, and the Hustler catalog that I shoot twice a year).
