Just FYI: This isn't Hillary Duff. Someone photoshopped her head onto some chicks body that actually has boobs. Once you look at the picture for a minute, you can see it isn't the greatest photoshop job. This is a common fake pic put on celebrity fake nude sites (where the site is dedicated to putting celebrity faces on sexy bodies, revealing, etc).

Since she is was A cup before and after that pic, makes you wonder who is spending the time creating this shit.
