I make my own V8.

Hey Baby G. What's your recipe for homemade V-8? Also you had mentioned not to use teflon coated pans or skillets, so what kind do you use? Not just cast iron I hope?

Cast iron or iron is good. I know the clean up sucks, but use just a small tad of butter or coconut oil. Cooking oil (because heating them changes the fatty acid chain for the worse) and processed food crap in a can Pam should be on your no-list. Also, the more raw foods you implement, the less cooked pans you'll have to clean. Don't cook in foil either. Just like Teflon, who wants heated plastic and aluminum seeping into their food?

Ok, to make a V8,

tomatos,
green or red peppers (i like what's sweeter)
lemon (yes, from an actual lemon. squeeze it!)
water

And blend on high.

Feel free to experiment with different veggies to make the Chemo Kid V8 just the right kinda tasty for YOU. Some people like to add a thin slice of green apple to sweeten it up.
