I've cut soda out completely, but running is out. I used to run 2 miles everyday in the Army, a lot of it on concrete, and it fucked my legs and knees up! I am going to start on the cardio machines. Elliptical's seem to be ok for me but you look like a goofus while your on it. I havn't had junk food (chips cookies) in over a week! It is not that I am craving them but I eat out of boardom more than anything.
