Congrats on beating that bitch. I don't subscribe to the "no meat is healthier" theory. I just cut it for my own reasons. I think the key to most of it is to not be so dogmatic about it all.

Having said that, cutting meat isn't that difficult. Cutting the other shit is. I have plenty of vegetarian friends that eat horribly. Coke is poison, man. There's about 10 teaspoons of sugar in each can of that shit. It gets easier the less you drink it. Sugar cravings are a bitch, once you start making it a habit.

Oh... and run. A few days a week. Pace yourself. That weight will just fall off.

Gia's water suggestion is right on. Great advantages come with drinking the daily required amount. Now if I could just cut out the coffee ...I don't see that happening.
