^^^Currently, my fave is raw spaghetti squash. I love cauliflower as well. I eat nuts sometimes, but stay away from the more gourmet raw recipes since they're difficult to make and very high fat due to their nut/seed content. I try to keep my fats low, and when I do, I don't crave complex carbs.

Zen, if you still want grains in your diet, try quinoa, brown rice instead of white rice, squash lightly cooked so it's still hard and nutrient dense, and if you totally must have pasta get the gluten-free kind at Trader Joe. As long is most of your diet is raw, you'll taste and feel a huge difference.

I'm still learning about the science of going all raw, so bear with my unscientific explanations. All I know is that I feel fucking awesome, have more energy, better skin, and feel tighter.
