I find raw easier. The more I got into it, the more I took pleasure in the most simple tastes like papayas for breakfast one morning or a pineapple the next. Just slice and dig in! Easy preparation and easy clean up. I have tons of energy and feel full from the real, actual nutrients in real food. The more raw I ate, the less I craved bread and other such junk.
