The girls definitely have it easier.

The girls can do enough enough to be counting unicorns and not feel a thing - she can be catatonic as long as the dudes can still pry her holes open.

But we're not used to seeing lifeless or numbed guys in scenes, other than SKurt or - the guys need to be capable of independent movement, randomly yelling "Take It Bitch", "Droppin' Loads!", etc. If a guy just lay there dead, or wasn't making distracting noises constantly, viewers wouldn't know what to make of it.
