I don't like Derek because he almost single handedly drives performer rates through the roof and refuses to negotiate on those rates.

I've called Derek to get girls on productions where the budgeted rates were one or two hundred less then LA Direct's normal (high) asking rate and been refused only to find out from the girl later that she would have jumped at the chance for the gig but was never even asked about it.
(Hint to Derek: This is exactly why the girls give out their direct numbers)

THAT'S why I don't like Derek. But to take him to task because he offers a huge variety of girls to chose from that meet whatever needs a producer may be looking for...

Performers should be paid more, and I don't recall elegant angel, evil angel, redlight, acid rain, or any other popular company ever making a movie called "ugly meth skanks." BTW I'm done witht he list yet, I said that above, nigga got eat, and sleep, and shit, and walk my dogs, damn.
