What the fuck is with the a vote for McCain is a vote for Bush crap. If they were that much alike McCain would have got the VP nomination instead of Cheney. IIRC in 2000 McCain was the choice for Republicans who didn't like Bush. If a vote for McCain was a vote for Bush these people wouldn't have voted for him. This is like saying a vote for Obama is a vote for Kerry or Gore. Maybe McCain would be an asshole but he would not be the same asshole as Bush. He'd be a completely different asshole.
