Sadly, I think that it is.

He feels those who disagree with him are "idiots" and repeatedly tells them so. He capitalizes in an effort to shout down his opponents. He claims to have held elective office in two different states. He claims to be 53, retired and enjoys fishing with his grandkids.

He claims to be an insider with an agenda to save the industry, yet he also claims to have never worked in the industry.

Again, I'm pretty damn sure that this is a 15 year old in need of supervision.
