In Kadens post she stated the "industry herpes rate was exactly equal to the general public." I challenged the veracity of that statement. I never, repeat,NEVER questioned her individual herpes status. The ONLY person (or people) Kaden needs to answer that question too are those who may be personally affected by it,that is, people she is having any type of physical contact with that may put them in jeopardy. YOU made her personal status an issue,and if I may speak for Kaden i think she would probably say something like 'mind your own buissness"


But I will do this....I challenge you to take a herpes test and put the results up here for everyone to see. Now do you see how ridiculous your CHALLENGE is?

I only challenged her statements regarding the entire industry. It was you who crossed the line and made it personal. Why dont YOU put up $50,000 yourself, better yet I challeng you to put up $100,000. Can you see how ridiculous this is?

The only people she has to answer to personally are those who would or would not be affected by it. It is NONE of my buissness and certainly NONE of your buissness. But her commentary on the entire industry can certainly be debated in an open forum.

Wormer, you are correct. Just because the court ruled in favor of the EMPLOYEE doenst make it right. But what is does do is make it the LAW. Some would say the same thing about the MILLER decision,(not me but plenty of people think it was wrong...Florida anybody?)
