It's nice to know that a whore like her knows how to use teh internets. Too bad she missed the following disclosure on the AG's search page:

Quote:

Please note, however, that this information does not indicate whether a charity’s registration is current. Further, the information was last updated in March 2007 and does not reflect newly registered charities or name and address information that was changed after that date.

If she had bothered to check with the California Secretary of State, she'd see that the Pink Cross Foundation was incorporated 1-24-2008.

In the meantime, an unincorporated non-profit entity can operate in California without financial reporting unless it's revenues exceed $25,000, per 18020(b) of the CA Corporation Code:

Quote:

18020. (a) "Nonprofit association" means an unincorporated
association with a primary common purpose other than to operate a
business for profit.
(b) A nonprofit association may carry on a business for profit and
apply any profit that results from the business activity to any
activity in which it may lawfully engage.
