The Akita was the best actor in this flick.I even bawwed a little when the professor's wife returns 10 years after he dies to the train station to find Hachi still waiting for her husband to return. I can practically jerk off to pictures of the holocaust but I watch a sad movie with a dog and all of a sudden I'm human for an hour. I don't watch Old Yeller becasue of that now this has to go on my no watch list too.
