My favorite part is when the played audio tapes of John Ehrlichman telling Nixon about the Kaiser Permanente model of providing less care and making more money to which Nixon reply's "I like that idea"

It really is stunning how inferior our system is compared to other western nations. We seem to have the best medical schools, some of the best doctors and yet we provide the worst care.
