I think it's important to distinguish between the "dead-inside" eyes ("DIEs") and porn-whore eyes which are merely stupid (e.g., Kacey), stoned (e.g., Taylor Rain), crazy (e.g., Mysti May), or intentionally blank (think of faux-Goth posers like Sasha Grey or Liz Vicious).
